Disconnect Teams tenant

The following procedure describes how to disconnect Live Hub from your Teams Tenant.

To disconnect Live Hub from your Teams Tenant:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Microsoft Teams.

  2. Under the Teams Connection, click Manage; the Teams Management portal opens in a new tab.

  3. In the Teams Management portal’s navigation menu pane, select Users.

    1. For every user that has assigned Phone Number or has Enterprise Voice Enabled set to “Yes”:

      1. Right-click the corresponding user.

      1. Select Assign Phone Number.

        • Delete the phone number.

        • Clear the 'Enterprise Voice Enabled' check box.

        • Change the 'Online Voice Routing Policy' to Global.

        • Click OK.

    2. Wait until all phone numbers are disconnected and disappear from the users list.

4. Under the Teams Connection, click Remove; wait until your Teams Connection disappears.

5. Under the Configure Teams tenant, click Delete.
